Oh, my rich-smooth chocolate, love. This chocolate needs to melt in your mouth and not your hands, so you ask; what is my secret? Talk chocolate to me…

Temper it…

Please temper your chocolate first! This is extremely necessary to creating a professional glossy and smooth chocolate. Your chocolate should be evenly colored for dipping. You must prevent the cocoa from separating so please temper your chocolate first, please. Time to warm it up! Make sure you do not over heat your chocolate. I want my chocolate with a satisfying crisp! You know the type?!

Spread it…

Once you have reached the perfect temperature, spread it on the marble counter-top! Working it back and forth; glossing your chocolate each time. Keep working the chocolate until it cools down. Once you have your chocolate at the perfect moment, spread it out until it reaches a thin layer.

Shave it…

Allow your chocolate to rest and cool down for a few minutes. After all it was just worked for several minutes reaching its professional level of richness. Once your chocolate is cool it will become hard again and ready for the next round. Grab a knife and shave it in to thin strips of chocolate for later.

Create it…

Get creative with your chocolate; I do not want your ordinary chocolate. I have wanted to smother you for so long now.  I want to stuff your chocolate with nuts and cover it with my warm caramel sauce; watching the top melt open awaiting to dive my spoon into the rich goodies.

Mmmm, you taste like heaven I do not want this to end.  My taste buds are so happy with satisfaction!
